Matrix Teams cannot access forms in TransactionDesk

Matrix Team IDs are not licensed entities (like individual agents are), nor are they dues paying members of any Board of Realtors.  Therefore, they do not have any access to either the CTR forms library or any local Board's forms library.  This is done to prevent users from accessing forms to which they are not entitled.

For example: your Matrix team is comprised of five agents.  Three of these team members pay membership dues to a local Board of Realtors  The other two team members, however, are not dues paying members of any local Board.  The only way to properly restrict access to those two unaffiliated members is to eliminate forms library access to Team IDs altogether.

All forms access is provided through each individual agent's TransactionDesk account.  If you are logged into SmartMLS under a Team ID and go to TransactionDesk, you will not see any CTR or local Board forms.  You will need to switch back to your individual agent account in order to access these libraries/forms.
