Instanet forms library folders

When you log into TransactionDesk and open the Instanet forms section, you will likely see several different folders:

These folders are collections of online forms that you may access to fill out, print, email, mark up for initials/signatures and more.

All SmartMLS members will see the following folders:

• SmartMLS Contract Forms
• SmartMLS Input Forms
• SmartMLS Membership Forms

If you are a member of an office within the state of Connecticut (and thus a member of CTR), you will also have access to the CTR Forms Library.  If you are not a member of CTR, you will not have access to their forms library.  

And, depending on the Board of Realtors to which you belong, you may also see a separate forms library for your local Board.  Not all Boards have their own forms library.
