The LoneWolf products (TransactionDesk and Authentisign) use a different password security protocol than the rest of the SmartMLS products on the Member Dashboard. LoneWolf uses a different security system that does not go through the Single Sign On (SSO) technology on the SmartMLS website.
The process for resetting your password when you are unable to log into TransactionDesk is different than if you are already logged in and would like to change your password.
This article covers both scenarios.
In both instances, log into the SmartMLS Member Dashboard and click the TransactionDesk icon:
If you cannot login (your current password is not working):
When the login screen appears, click the I forgot my password link:
Complete the 3-step process:
Make sure to write down the new password you create during this process as SmartMLS doesn't have access to your previous/current passwords.

If you are logged in and would like to change your password:
Go to the icon in the upper right corner and click Settings:
Go to the menu on the left side of the screen and click Preferences:
Expand the Login section towards the bottom left:
Click the Forgot Password button:
Enter the email address you use for SmartMLS and click Forgot User Name/Password:
You will receive an email with instructions on creating a new password.
