The LoneWolf products (TransactionDesk and Authentisign) use a different password security protocol than the rest of the SmartMLS products on the Member Dashboard:
Because they're using a different security system that does not go through our Single Sign On (SSO) technology, if you forget your password (or simply want to create a new one), there is a separate process we must go through to get them a new password.
If you have forgotten your password, please reach out to SmartMLS and we can generate a temporary password that will work for 24 hours. This allows you to log in and create a new password that you can use going forward.
Once you are logged in, go to the icon in the upper right corner and click Settings:
Go to the menu on the left side of the screen and click Preferences:
Expand the Login section towards the bottom left:
Click the Forgot Password button:
Enter the email address you use for SmartMLS and click Forgot User Name/Password:
You will receive an email with instructions on creating a new password.
