- When you import docs into TransactionDesk, they will be treated as Documents and won’t show up under Forms.
- Fill from tax doesn’t fill all tax related info like it does in Matrix.
- If there’s a gear icon next to something, it hasn’t been sent yet.
- A lightning bolt icon means it is in progress and has not been completed yet.
- If there is a number on a form, it is a duplicate (there is already a copy of it in your Transaction).
- DocBox is your own personal storage; the broker can’t see what’s in it.
- Contacts can’t be imported from Matrix, but they can from Google contacts.
- The Preferences section (accessible by clicking on the three gears icon) lets you change many settings, including your email signature.
- Auto save is always on when creating transactions.
- If you open a form while another form is already open, it closes the first one you had open.
- Sign-in-line means signatures have to be done in a specific order.
- Simul-sign is first come, first serve. It does not matter what order the participants sign in.
- Remote Signer is when you email it to the participant to be signed.
- You can re-send a transaction if the participant never received anything to sign (likely got filtered out by their email's spam filter). Click the envelope icon towards the top to send it again.
