Email interactive forms from Instanet

There are times where you might want your client to be able to fill out a form his/herself (as opposed to you being the only one who fills it out). Luckily, there is a way for you to send forms through Instanet as interactive forms. In many cases, your seller would be able to fill out a form about their property more efficiently than you, so it is nice to be able to give them that ability.

When you have the form opened, go to File> Send> Email :

On the Email window, enter the recipient's email address, Subject, Message, etc. and then make sure you put a dot in Send as a link and a check in Allow editing of forms :

Click Send when you are done. When your client opens your email, they will see the following screen, which lets them know that they have permission to edit the form(s) you have sent them:

When they click on the link, the form will open up and allow them to fill it out. Once they are done, they can save it to their computer ( File> Save> Save as PDF ) and then send it back to you.
