When an agent transfers to a new office, any transactions they have created within TransactionDesk will automatically be moved to the designated Super User within the old office. This even applies to situations when an agent transfers to another office within the same brokerage/organization.
Contacts that are in TransactionDesk's contacts section should move with the agent to their new office. The same with any signings.
If a transferring agent would like access to the transactions they created under their old/former office, we need written permission (via email) from their old Broker to move the transactions to the agent's new office. We can only transfer transactions where the records are not yet closed. Once a record is closed, we cannot transfer the transaction from one office to another.
Once we get the written permission from the agent's previous broker, we can then send the request to LoneWolf. Ultimately, they are the ones that have the ability to move transactions between offices (SmartMLS staff does not have this level of access).
