You can update/change some of your personal user information within TransactionDesk.
Start off by going to Settings> Preferences:
Click User Information and you will see all of the personal information that displays within TransactionDesk:
You are not able to change any of the name fields- those are hard-coded from your SmartMLS membership record. However, there are many fields that are editable- they are outlined/underlined in blue.
Make any necessary changes and click Update.
