Cannot add form to transaction templates

 

If a user goes to add a form to their office's transaction templates and they get a message that they do not have permission to change the template, it is because they are not set up within Instanet with a Broker's permissions.

If their Broker sends us something in writing requesting that that particular user be given Broker's permissions, we can then forward that to LoneWolf and they can change that user's account and increase their permissions.

Unfortunately, MLS staff cannot make this change.  It has to go through LoneWolf.
