When working with an electronic signing in Authentisign, sometimes things do not go as planned and you need to circle back and redo parts of the process so your recipients get the documents they are supposed to sign. This is where the Resend, Reset and Copy functions come in handy.
- Resend allows you to resend the invitation emails in case your clients failed to receive them.
- Reset clears all authentications and signatures, allowing the participants to resign the document.
- Copy creates a separate signing with the attached documents, allowing you to add new participants.
How to access the Resend, Reset, and Copy feature:
Click the pen icon on the left side of the screen to open Authentisign, then select the In-Progress signing you wish to Resend, Reset, or Copy:
Use the envelope icon to Resend emails, the Reset icon to reset the signatures or the Copy icon to copy the signing:
When copying a signing, remember to change the position of the Authentisign ID to avoid overlap:
