Authentisign signing blocks show initials instead of full name

If you have set up up a form/document for signatures in Authentisign, but you see the client's initials instead of their full name (in the area in which they are to sign), it may be because you have added their initials as a custom signature.

When you are adding a participant to a signing, there is a section towards the bottom of the form that allows you to set up a custom signature and/or initials for the participant:

This is helpful for people with long/difficult names or entities such as Trusts or Corporations.

If you create a custom signature or custom initials for the participant, when you add a signing block or initial block for them on a form, it will automatically populate the custom signature/initials in those fields.
